Before we launch into our review let’s start with some background information about snoring and its causes. Studies show that up to 75% of the adult population snores. The most common cause of snoring is weakness in the tongue and a soft palate that relaxes during sleep and partially collapses blocking the airway. This common cause of snoring has been successfully tackled by Christian Goodman in his Stop Snoring Exercise Program. In this review we’ll look at some of his methods.

In conjunction with his singing teacher wife, the author has developed a set of exercises that he guarantees can cure your snoring in a matter of weeks. The exercises focus on the root of the problem and are designed to strengthen the tongue to stop it from falling back into the throat. These exercises for the tongue alone will eliminate snoring for the majority of snorers.

Also included is a series of exercises to open a narrow throat and to improve breathing through the nostrils; exercises to treat a weak jaw that can lead to snoring; and exercises to strengthen the soft palate.

Christian’s stop snoring exercise program begins by diagnosing the cause of the snoring problem before providing simple steps aimed specifically at that cause.
